1 Samuel: Trust God Who Works Through Human Pain, Imperfection, and Brokenness
Our world is full of pain, longing, rivalry, political chaos, human failure, spiritual drift, and leadership breakdown. It can be overwhelming to think about correcting just one part, much less all of it. Studying the book of 1 Samuel helps us see what God is doing in all this brokenness in our world. In this Groundwork series, we’ll examine the stories about Hannah, Samuel, Saul, and David to learn about God’s character and faithfulness to his people. We’ll gain a deeper trust in our God who hears us and works in spite of our flawed humanity, even when we can’t see what he’s doing.
