2 Peter: Gospel Truth, False Teaching, and the Second Coming of Christ
When the apostle Peter recognized the end of his life was near, he wrote a second letter to the Christians in Asia Minor. His writing carries a sense of urgency, imploring his readers to keep growing in their salvation and to guard the truth of the gospel. He warns them against false teachings that threaten to lead them astray, encouraging them to trust in God’s power and patience as they wait for Christ’s return.
