Spiritual Disciplines, Part 2: Healthy Habits for Life
When we want to be physically healthy, we adopt healthy habits like exercise and eating nutritious foods. When we want to improve a skill, we practice it. Similarly, if we desire a deeper relationship with God and to grow in Christlikeness, we must engage the Spiritual Disciplines. In this second Groundwork series on the Spiritual Disciplines, we’ll study seven additional time-tested habits that the Holy Spirit uses to strengthen our spiritual muscles and help us grow deeper in relationship with our triune God.
